These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pure Balance mobile application ("the App"), provided by PureApps ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What Pure Balance is

Pure Balance is a personal record-keeping tool for tracking gold weight, value, and balances, together with related notes and personal holdings. It is provided for your own private bookkeeping.

Pure Balance is not an invoicing or tax system. Receipts and statements generated in the App are personal records only. They are not tax invoices, and the App is not an electronic invoice generation solution. Nothing in the App constitutes accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own compliance with any tax or regulatory obligations that apply to you, and should consult a qualified professional or your local tax authority.

2. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence.
Any PIN you set on My Vault is a convenience lock on your own device. It is not an encryption key and should not be relied on as a security measure.

3. Your records

The records you enter remain yours. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to advertise to you. We store them so the App can work across your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. The App performs calculations on the figures you provide; it cannot verify that those figures are correct. Keep your own independent records of anything important to you.

4. Subscriptions

Pure Balance is free to use, with limits on the number of people and transactions you can record and on access to certain features. Pure Balance Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that removes those limits and unlocks My Vault, unlimited notes, and statement downloads. Plans are offered for 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect for your plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Prices vary by country or region and may change. You will be told about any price change in advance, as required by the store.

Purchases are processed by the app store you bought through, and refunds are handled under that store's policies, not by us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to attempt to gain access to other people's accounts, or to interfere with the App's operation or security.

6. Availability

The App requires an internet connection and depends on third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, or from any error in figures you have entered or in calculations displayed.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account and all of its records at any time from within the App. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
